Mani Peydayesh and Cristina Rozmarin had a successful refugee hearing for a refugee claimant from Cameroon. It is known worldwide that since the dissolution of the Federation and the annexation of Southern Cameroon in 1972, the english-speaking Cameroonese have lived under occupation and have since been resisting oppression and total assimilation. In the struggle for self-determination, we had a determined claimant who faced persecution and mistreatment of opposing these ideas. The successful claim provides our client with the deserved freedom, away from ill treatment and oppression. The claimant was found to be a convention refugee. If you would like to discuss your refugee claim(s) with us, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly or call our office for a consultation: 403-476-2011.
