Biography

Brandon was born and raised in the northeast of Calgary. He understands the needs of all Calgarians and Albertans.

Brandon completed his Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Queen’s University Belfast in Northern Ireland. The JD in Northern Ireland differs from other legal programs as it is both a Qualifying Law Degree and a doctoral research programme. Brandon’s doctoral thesis was successfully defended on October 15th, 2021. It was titled, “The Significance of a Corpse in the Law of Offences Against the Dead: A Theoretical and Doctrinal Analysis of England & Wales and Canada”. Prior to obtaining a law degree, he attended Mount Royal University’s Criminal Justice program where he graduated with honours.

In his spare time, he coaches and plays ice hockey and he is constantly trying to improve his golf handicap in the summer while taking in the outdoors. Brandon thoroughly enjoys being active and giving back to his community.

Every day he is striving to become an expert and hone his skills in various areas of legal practice. Currently, his interests are in real estate, family law, and criminal law.
